1. Delamination and tearing problems

Since the carbon fiber board is a composite of carbon fiber and resin matrix, the thermal expansion coefficient, strength and other properties of the two materials are different, so when there is a strong cutting force, defects such as delamination and fracture are prone to occur. 2. Drill bit wear problem

The hardness of carbon fiber material is comparable to that of high-speed steel. When using a pistol with a drilling speed of 6000r/min to drill a hole with a depth of 4.85mm, the high-speed steel bit will wear out after drilling 3-4 holes, while the high-hardness alloy bit 50~70 holes can be drilled. 3. Dust problem
